EN: Dr.sc. Tihomir Žiljak is a head of the Department for lifelong learning,
development and EU programmes at the Open University Zagreb and a
vice-president of the Croatian Andragogy Society. He has been a member od
the DANET board since the organisation was founded. He teaches at the
Faculty of Political Science, Law faculty, Faculty of Education and
rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Zagreb, and the University of
Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina). He earned his Ph.D. in public policy from
the University of Zagreb (Croatia). He also has extensive experience as a
policy analysts and a member of different national and international bodies
in educational policy and disability policy. He headed several EU-funded
national projects and Erasmus projects dealing with adult education. His
scientific and professional interests include the adult education,
education policy, disability policy, policy analysis. He has authored
multiple scientific and popular articles and edited books on various
aspects of adult education, education policy, disability policy.
DE: Dr. sc. Tihomir Žiljak ist Leiter der Abteilung für lebenslanges Lernen,
Entwicklungs- und EU-Programme an der Offenen Universität Zagreb und
Vizepräsidentin der Kroatischen Andragogischen Gesellschaft. Er ist Mitglied der Kroatischen Andragogischen Gesellschaft der DANET-Vorstand seit der Gründung der Organisation. Er lehrt an der Fakultät für Politikwissenschaft, Juristische Fakultät, Fakultät für Erziehungswissenschaft und Rehabilitationswissenschaften an der Universität Zagreb und an der Universität von Mostar (Bosnien und Herzegowina). Seinen Doktortitel in öffentlicher Politik erhielt er von die Universität von Zagreb (Kroatien). Er hat auch umfangreiche Erfahrung als Politikanalytiker und Mitglied verschiedener nationaler und internationaler Gremien in der Bildungspolitik und der Behindertenpolitik. Er leitete mehrere EU-finanzierte nationale Projekte und Erasmus-Projekte, die sich mit Erwachsenenbildung befassen. Zu den wissenschaftlichen und beruflichen Interessen gehört die Erwachsenenbildung, Bildungspolitik, Behindertenpolitik, Politikanalyse. Er verfasste mehrere wissenschaftliche und populärwissenschaftliche Artikel und herausgegebene Bücher über verschiedene Aspekte der Erwachsenenbildung, Bildungspolitik und Behindertenpolitik.
